Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy for Coaching Sessions
Thank you for committing to your leadership journey. To protect our shared investment of time, here’s how we’ll handle cancellations and rescheduling changes:
- You may reschedule one session at no cost with at least 24-hours’ notice.
- If you need to reschedule again—or provide under 24-hours’ notice—you’ll select one of the penalties below.
- All sessions are nonrefundable.
Penalty Options (Pick One at Intake)
- A $50 administrative fee that must be paid before your next appointment
- A 15-minute reduction in your next session
- Forfeiture of the LinkedIn recommendation I’d otherwise write
- A $25 charitable donation (proof required—see below)
You’ll choose your preferred penalty when we confirm your first session. That way there’s no question if a second reschedule becomes necessary.

If you select the charitable-donation option, please email me a copy of your donation receipt (screenshot or PDF) within 7 days of your missed or canceled session. I’ll match the amount on my end and share a receipt for my contribution, too.
