What We Do

The Vista Seekers Community is an exploratory space where visionary leaders unite to tackle challenges and embrace fresh perspectives. It’s a community that helps you see that the ledge you’re about to jump from is just a vista to be admired from a different point of view.

Each month, we hold a "Leadership Challenge" where our community comes together to anonymously share various leadership challenges. Our goal is to create an open and welcoming environment that supports participants who want to exchange feedback and wisdom with other leaders.

There are two steps that you must take to participate.

Step 1: Join the mailing list. You must do join the mailing list in order to know when the meetings will be held. When you get the notice, you must RSVP. People who sign up for texts have a better experience because the meeting notices don't go to spam.

Step 2: Complete the form below to share your leadership challenge.

All leaders are welcome to share challenges, give feedback, or simply join in—having a topic on the agenda is not a requirement to participate.
