What We Do
AITAL? All I Think About Lately — that thing you can't shake. The decision you're circling. The structural problem nobody else on your team is naming out loud.
The Vista Seekers Community is where visionary leaders bring that thing and think it through out loud, anonymously, with people who get it. It's a community that helps you see that the ledge you're about to jump from is just a vista to be admired from a different point of view.
Each month, we hold a "Leadership Challenge" session where the community anonymously works through real leadership problems. The best topics usually have a genuine question at the center — not just "this happened," but "here's where I don't trust my own judgment anymore" or "here's the call I'm not sure how to make.
There are two steps that you must take to participate.
Step 1: Join the mailing list. You must do join the mailing list in order to know when the meetings will be held. When you get the notice, you must RSVP. People who sign up for texts have a better experience because the meeting notices don't go to spam.
Step 2: Complete the form below to share your leadership challenge.
All leaders are welcome to share challenges, give feedback, or simply join in—having a topic on the agenda is not a requirement to participate.
