It depends on the nature of the engagement. If it’s a compliance-related workshop, there’s less pre-engagement work. On the other hand, for leadership development training, there’s always some degree of pre-engagement work. Depending on the client’s needs, this step can take the form of meetings, interviews, surveys, or focus groups. Pre-engagement is part of the reason why ample lead time is necessary.
Of course! We use a variety of audience engagement tools that can be accessed with laptops or handheld devices, whether the engagement is provided virtually or in-person. In-person engagements do have to be planned with safety concerns as the top-priority. Our team will work with you to determine feasibility.
