We help clients resolve conflict by facilitating difficult conversations with teams to get to the root of their challenges and commit to behavioral and process changes. We even train teams to understand the nature of conflict and their team’s specific “conflict culture”. We also guide our clients through various assessments to heighten their self-awareness so that they can anticipate and navigate conflict. We help leaders prepare for challenging one-on-one interactions (like performance reviews and disciplinary conversations), get ready to present to groups where they know there will be negative reactions, and handle group facilitation like they own the room.
