  1. Review
Individually and with your team, discuss whether your goals are still the same or if you need to make changes.
Review the goals and plans that you set in the previous year and didn’t accomplish or abandoned

Review your 3 – 7 year goals & choose priorities
  2. SWOT: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities & threats
Conduct an honest assessment of YOURSELF and your team.
Strengths & weaknesses: what qualities do we have that will help us achieve our goals and what about us could hinder our success?
Opportunities & threats: are there external opportunities or conditions that you can take advantage of that will better position you and your team to achieve your goals? Likewise, are there external challenges or threats that you need to be aware, monitor, and minimize to increase your chances of achieving your goals?
  3. Start, Stop, Change, Continue
Review your teams activities and routines through the lens of start, stop, change, and continue.
What do we need to start? Stop? Change? Or Continue?
  4. Scan
